Senior Sales Manager* Asset Management (m|f|x) Zürich

Berenberg offers an extraordinary opportunity for a senior sales profile to join our team during an important and exciting phase of its growth. You will be part of an energetic environment with quick decision-making process, allowing rapid and significant career progression.

The International Sales Team, located between Geneva, Paris, Zurich and London, has the goal to develop the Asset Management activities outside Germany covering both institutional and wholesale clients. The aim is to establish Berenberg in the asset management industry for products such as European equities, private debt and protected equities.

Aufgaben

• Business development mainly in the German speaking part of Switzerland
• Sales and distribution of Equities strategies (via open funds or mandate) and Private Debt
• Developing relationships with different type of investors
• Expanding and maintaining relationship among key investors and establishing dedicated mandates with long-term investors
• Participate in RFP
• Completion of administrative tasks where necessary

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Academic track record from a reputable university
• Knowledge of financial markets especially Equities and Private Debt
• Established network with Swiss investors; experience in institutional sales is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous way of working, team spirit and flexibility
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German is a necessity, alongside strong understanding of Swiss German
