You’ll be working as part of UGA – Unified Global Alternatives, located in Zurich. We offer alternative investment solutions (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt and Hedge Funds) We have a variety of backgrounds and cultures that benefit our solution-driven approach. Aufgaben

  • drive real asset sales to private wealth, 3rd party wholesale and institutional clients
  • sell in-house and best in class third party products in the real asset space
  • create and drive customized pitches to the different client segments
  • lead and participate in client meetings to drive sales
  • use exiting pitches and client relationships to cross sell wherever possible different products in the Alt space (Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds)
  • follow market trends and contribute to product innovation
  • conduct after sales and use existing cases to increase share of wallet in the Alts space with a focus on real assets
  • be innovative and contribute with idea to increase overall sales numbers

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

  • multi-year working experience in alternatives or in an investment related client facing role is a must
  • strong sales, presentation and communications skills are essential
  • an existing network within sales in UBS or an existing network to clients is preferred
  • dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives
  • strong can-do attitude, self-driven and can work according to deadlines and in a team
  • always looking to improve the client experience with a strong investor focus
  • fluent Spanish, German and/or Italian language skills of advantage
