Tasks

  • You provide vital support to the Senior DCM Originators and Schuldschein Syndicate, working together on winning new business and successfully executing DCM issuances.

  • You are also reliable when it comes to analysis and document management: alongside our interns and analysts, you regularly prepare market and pricing reports and play a key role in the preparation and coordination of internal approval documents.
  • Well-connected within the organisation, you maintain active communication with teams such as DC&A, M&A, Loan Syndicate, Corporate Lending, Sector Coverage, and the legal department, while continually expanding your knowledge of financial markets by building relationships across the entire Capital Markets & Advisory Platform.
  • These networking skills also prove invaluable when you collaborate closely with the Bond & Schuldschein Syndicates, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of the dynamics of the primary and secondary markets, and thereby advise the DCM client portfolio on relevant market topics as effectively as possible.
