The Senior Responsible Investment Manager will be part of the UK & Ireland Responsible Investment Ecosystems (RIE) team which includes UK & Ireland Responsible Investment Managers and Policy colleagues and will be working towards strengthening the UK & Ireland Responsible Investment Ecosystem and enabling investor progression on responsible investment. There will be scope for occasional domestic and international travel for signatory meetings, industry events and internal meetings. The successful candidate will join and work closely with an existing UK & Ireland Senior Responsible Investment Manager and will report to the Head of UK & Ireland.
The role involves a) coverage of the PRI’s existing signatory base in the market to amplify the signatory experience, b) local implementation of global PRI programs to drive progressive signatory action and c) convening investors to support peer learning and exchange. A substantial part of this role will involve working directly with the Head of UK & Ireland on the execution of the PRI’s strategy for the UK & Ireland and with local policy colleagues to enable a supportive regulatory environment. There is also an opportunity to work closely with investors and industry stakeholders on the market-led initiatives that sit in line with the PRI’s global strategy and priorities and that contribute to the development of the local Responsible Investment Ecosystem.
