We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to reinforce the Corporate Banking business line of TradeXBank AG. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of corporate clients, primarily mid-sized Swiss companies operating in the domestic and international market.

Your focus will be on offering a full suite of corporate banking products, with particular emphasis on deposits, trade finance, cross-border settlements. The role requires strong sales capabilities and an in-depth understanding of corporate client needs as well as ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulations.

Tasks

  • Build and expand your corporate client portfolio by identifying new prospects and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Sell a range of corporate banking products and services (cash management, trade services, treasury products) to meet revenue targets.
  • Structure, negotiate, and oversee the execution of transactions in coordination with internal operations, risk and legal teams.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of corporate banking products and services, and recommend improvements to internal processes, documentation, and IT systems to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate relationship management with an established network in particular with Swiss SMEs.
  • Experience in trade finance and FI is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of banking products in the corporate client business with an international focus.
  • Strong sales skills and entrepreneurial thinking, door opener attitude, ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
  • Proactive, mature, and reliable personality, demonstrating self-initiative and a drive for innovative solutions and sharing knowledge.
  • Higher education such as a degree in Business Administration or any equivalent practical experience with relevant professional skills enhancement.
  • Possess a valid Swiss/EU passport or an applicable Swiss work permit (mandatory), along with fluent proficiency in English and German languages, other languages are an advantage.
