Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Zurich team. At Esfera Wealth, we believe success comes from being both a great human being and an exceptional professional.
The right candidate will bring not only outstanding expertise in wealth management but also integrity, empathy, and a long term vision for client relationships. We seek someone with an established book of clients who values a boutique environment where independence, creativity, and client trust are at the center.
Tasks
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net worth clients, primarily from Latin America.
- Refer clients to trusted specialists for wealth structuring, succession planning, and cross-border strategies.
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for clients, ensuring discretion, care, and proactive service.
- Leverage Esfera Wealth’s expert network across banking, legal, real estate, and entrepreneurship to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Represent Esfera Wealth at events, conferences, and networking activities in Zurich and internationally (Zürich, Mexico City, Panama, and beyond).
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Existing book of clients is a must and strong network of HNWIs/UHNWIs, ideally with focus in Latin America and the Iberian Region.
- Deep understanding of wealth management and cross-border solutions.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (German and/or Portuguese are an advantage).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a boutique environment.
