Are you ready to take on a challenging front-office role in Zurich or Geneva where you can be a key player in managing and nurturing client relationships? We are seeking a Relationship Manager to provide top-tier advisory services and a diverse range of tailored products to meet the complex needs of (ultra-)high-net-worth individuals? This role involves working towards specific individual, team, and market asset and revenue targets.
Tasks
- A front-office role as a senior partner in managing client relationships, providing comprehensive advice, and a broad range of products and services tailored to the complex needs of (ultra-) high-net-worth individuals whilst working toward specific individual, team and market asset and revenue targets
- Continuously develop and manage the client portfolio with focus on Middle East markets
- Market leading products, tailored solutions and services supported by a holistic advisory approach for high and ultra-high net worth clients
- Deliver best-in-class specialist knowledge and product expertise in developing solutions for clients in the creation, management and transfer of their wealth
- Act as a brand ambassador.
- Actively cooperate and exchange with internal specialists to provide best client solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines and standards as a contribution to an effective risk culture
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Outstanding industry personal and professional network within HNWI/UHNWI client segments for Middle East markets to support our growth strategy
- Proven track record of relevant experience in a client acquisition and management of wealth for clients
- Depending on the seniority of the role to be filled, the years of experience required in one of the roles for Middle East markets will vary starting from 3-5 years for a junior role reaching up to 7 years or more for a senior position
- Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients
- First class presentation and communication skills: ability to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high-performance culture
- Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities
- Highest professional work ethic and standards, decisiveness, and innovative thinking
- High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
- MBA or degree from a university or an institute of higher education
- Fluency in English as well as in the native language spoken by the clients to be covered for Middle East markets
