  • Cultivating and executing on cross sell opportunities;
  • Partnering with Business Development Managers on shared accounts, analyzing performance data, investment characteristics, and risk profiles of client portfolios, and attending portfolio reviews and defence meetings;
  • Serving as a central point of contact internally and externally to ensure that client servicing needs are met;
  • Preparing for, leading, and providing follow-up on, client meetings and inquiries;
  • Building and demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry / market / channel in which their clients operate;
  • Understanding how each client’s overall objectives influence their investment and servicing requirements;
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of, and appreciation for, the client marketplace, including regulatory, accounting, tax, and asset allocation considerations;
  • Managing client expectations, balancing the interests of both clients and the firm;
  • Developing team members by identifying and carving out opportunities for less experienced colleagues to work independently;
  • Working closely with subject matter experts firmwide to onboard new client accounts;
  • Partnering with other functional areas to address client issues, concerns, and opportunities;
  • Liaising with clients and internal parties to ensure compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Identifying opportunities to create efficiencies, and assisting in internal initiatives to implement recommendations.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • A strong academic background, ideally including a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA) or progress towards one:
