Reporting to the Director, Fund Distribution, this role will oversee Fund Distribution and Platform agreements, fee structures, and rebate calculations while driving operational efficiency and supporting sales enablement. The role will play a key part in enhancing Fund Distribution & Platform visibility, improving fee reconciliation, and simplifying process complexity to support overall business growth in RBC BlueBay. Additionally, the role will focus on identifying and implementing best industry practices and leveraging technology to improve processes, enhance scalability, and drive efficiency.
Tasks
- Manage the coordination review, and execution of Fund Distribution & Platform agreements, amendments, and terminations.
- Manage internal and external client relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and seamless operational execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all agreements in Salesforce, ensuring audit readiness.
- Commercial & agreement oversight, negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring competitive and compliance fee structures.
- Operational efficiency & data management, work with wider Fund Investor Operations team to streamline rebate and Salesforce processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational processes are aligned with EMEA APAC business goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and identify best practices to enhance platform operations, efficiency, and scalability. Utilize technology driven solutions to improve operational processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support scalability through automation and system enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, segregated assets and UCITs funds and products.
- Hands-on experience working with investment platforms and Distributors with a strong understanding of rebate operations, fee structures, and distribution dynamics.
- Strong oral and written communication skills - confidence to effectively interface at all levels of the firm.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented; ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
