Junior Investment Manager (m|f|x) Paris

This is a great job for someone who has transaction experience in real estate, including reviews of legal documentation, technical documentation, structuring, debt and tax.

Tasks

The Investment Manager role will assist the Fund Management team in sourcing and executing real estate opportunities that are aligned to the company’s strategic goals in Continental Europe. Responsible for the full lifecycle of deals; from origination to closing, then management of the property to ensure performance in line with original underwrite, and final disposal to deliver returns in excess of target. The team are spread across multiple European locations, with the main investment management hub being based in Paris, fund management and analyst support in London & Frankfurt, and back-office support in London and Luxembourg.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Ability to guide an internal & external team in executing a transaction optimally (balancing time, risks, commercial reality etc)
• Knowledge of the pan-European real estate market
• Ability to underwrite complex real estate deals
• Fluent English & French language skills, additional European languages preferred
• MRICS, CFA or other professional market experience is desired
