We are seeking our next German-speaking Institutional Sales Associate with a strong focus on Insurance clients!
This is an outstanding chance to join a dynamic team in Frankfurt, Germany, and contribute significantly to our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and prepared to effectively implement innovative solutions.
Tasks
- Completing, together with the team, the business strategy targeting significant growth in IP managed assets mainly within the German Insurance channel
- Establishing relationships at both branch and client levels and coordinating activity across Germany
- Being consultative through the sales cycle and in every engagement with clients, aiming to achieve growth targets
- Analyzing sales, industry, and client data to drive planned activities that align with the company's strategy and exceed sales targets
- Identifying, developing, and maintaining individual relationships with key individuals within your target market through telephone contact, digital media, individual meetings, and group presentations
- Developing deep, long-term relationships to understand client business models and introduce the Invesco investment strategies most helpful to the client and their investors
- Accurately and appropriately presenting the philosophy, strategy, process, and views of the Invesco fund managers, along with market commentary and outlook to your clients
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions on SalesForce
- Ensuring all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Relevant industry experience and an understanding of industry trends and dynamics
- Experience producing quality reports, presentations, and general communications
- Ability to demonstrate sound initiatives and develop ideas for client engagements
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Complete understanding and adherence to individual and company regulatory requirements
- Strong numeracy skills
- Proficiency in IT skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, and a curiosity to learn new technologies
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Established capability to thrive in a dynamic and performance-focused atmosphere
- Determination to succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving
