Tasks

  • Proactively market and sell Baader Helvea’s comprehensive service offering to institutional clients and retail intermediaries in Switzerland.
  • Generate and grow order flow across all assets globally, while promoting the firm’s execution services across high-touch, low-touch and floor trading.
  • Leverage existing client relationships and networks to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and acquire new client relationships with a strong focus on trading flow generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients by providing value-added market insights, trading ideas, and execution support.
  • Cross-sell the full range of Baader Helvea Group products, including corporate access, research, and capital markets offerings.
  • Organize and coordinate company meetings, expert presentations, and roadshows tailored to client interests.
  • Work closely with trading, research, and product teams to deliver best-in-class service.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • University degree or banking apprenticeship with further education; CFA or similar qualification is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial, driven self-starter with a high level of independence and a proven track record in sales or trading.
  • Strong existing network of institutional and/or retail-focused clients.
  • Thrives in a competitive and dynamic environment, with the mindset and flexibility to succeed in a smaller, growing firm.
  • Comfortable contributing in a collaborative, team-oriented setting while also taking full ownership of individual performance.
  • Deep interest in financial markets with strong product understanding and market awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain opportunities and ideas clearly.
  • Solid MS Office skills and familiarity with market tools like Bloomberg or FactSet.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
