Tasks
You will play a critical role as part of the leadership team responsible and be responsible for developing relationships and originating debt financing arrangements, treasury and risk management solutions for technology clients and prospects in designated industries and markets.
You’ll need to know the market and be known in the market, to be the sought after advisor to executives and influencers to deliver an outstanding client experience and grow our business. Success will be driven by five core principles: Sales Excellence, Credit Acumen, Market Expertise, Superb Communication and Internal/External Leadership.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
Full command of debt financing, credit underwriting fundamentals:
- Ability to appropriately position financing solutions to companies
- Credibility and “capital” to push Credit Solutions and Credit
- Fluent across the right side of balance sheet
- Ability to expertly engage with CX level regarding optimal capital structure, risk management and treasury practices.
Senior connectivity - Proven ability to build real relationships with CX level executives in the later stage client segment.
Tech sector network
Track-record of successfully building teams and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Thought leader, fluent in market and finance trends

This role will largely be focused on the eco-system in the North and surrounding regions, working closely with the Corporate Finance team based in London. The role will suit an individual that is based in the North of England, working remotely and spending minimum 1-day a week in the London office
