We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful individual to join our bank as an Executive assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position is a vital role within our organization, providing direct administrative support to the CFO and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.

Tasks

  • Manage and maintain the CFO´s schedule, including arranging meetings, coordinating travel itineraries, and organizing events.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence , and prioritizing issues on behalf of the CFO.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CFO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist in financial analysis and reporting, working closely with the CFO to gather and analyze data, and prepare financial and performance reports.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with different departments within the bank to ensure effective communication and efficient processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of board meetings, including drafting reports and agendas, and compiling board packs.  
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting senior-level executives or C-suite members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit professional documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly in preparing financial reports and presentations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry is preferred.
