Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant to the Board Member for Corporate & Investment Banking Products & Solutions (CIB P&S) and be a vital part of our CIB Business. As we operate under the ‘One Business Bank’ principle, you will have the opportunity to understand and foster alignment with the CIB Customer Coverage (CIB CC) board area, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.

Tasks
- Deliver extensive assistance to the Board Member for CIB Products & Solutions (CIB P&S), enhancing office efficiency and maximizing the value of the Board Member’s time.
- Create documents, presentations, and supporting materials for important meetings, including board meetings, supervisory board meetings, group meetings, and CEO meetings.
- Prepare impactful speeches, lectures, and presentations for both internal and external events, such as the CIB Townhall and Euromoney Conference panel.
- Coordinate and develop effective communication strategies for the CIB P&S Board Member, ensuring clear and concise messaging to external and internal stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage email correspondence, executing relevant tasks and filtering information for the CIB P&S Board Member.
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely preparation for client meetings.
- Autonomously track strategic developments, providing the Board Member with essential and accurate information and conduct ad-hoc analysis in various areas (financial results, business development, etc.).
- Act as an interface to other board areas, facilitating close collaboration between the CIB P&S Board Member, CIB CC Board Member, and the group CIB Leadership team.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- University degree (e.g. Finance, Economics, Law or related)
- Extensive knowledge of banking business and banking products
- High level of personal character and integrity
- Effective communication skills
- Customer and solution orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and personalities in a deadline driven environment
- Exceptional stress-resilience, self-motivation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken)
