Tasks

  • Deliver our ONE CIB Group strategy in close collaboration with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Assume ownership for a portfolio of clients across all global business lines, including revenues & profitability metrics.
  • Lead global deal teams with local Relationship Managers, Product Partners, other Support Units; mobilise resource and ensure credit and/or management approvals and support internally are in place to execute timely deals.
  • Proactively drive deal structuring, documentation structuring, service reviews and enhancement, and other measures to enable the network & facilitate deal closure.
  • Drive 'new to bank' revenues across an existing client portfolio alongside identifying and prospecting new target clients for the Bank.
  • Effectively cooperate and build strong credibility with key stakeholders across Credit Risk, Product teams and colleagues in Network.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures relating to core RM activities

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Prior UK Corporate Coverage experience strongly preferred
  • Strong credit technical skills, together with experience across Financing, Capital Markets, Global Markets, Transaction Banking, Project Finance and M&A
  • Sector knowledge across Consumer and Retail, Healthcare, Industrials, Natural Resources and Commodity Traders
  • Previous experience working with a global bank, ideally with an emerging market presence
  • Extensive Finance / Relationship Management background.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance preferred
