As a leading global wealth manager, lombard and mortgage lending solutions are an integral part of our product offering. As part of our continuing effort to maintain highest standards in credit risk management we are currently expanding our credit portfolio management activities and capabilities. For this journey we are looking for a highly motivated individual who can draw on his/her interdisciplinary skill set to lead and drive forward a wide range of initiatives.
As part of the Credit Portfolio Management organization, the candidate will perform recurring and ad-hoc portfolio analyses and assume responsibility for various projects (or project streams), with a focus on processes and frameworks, as well as policies and governance. In addition, the candidate will act as sparring partner and provide hands-on support for senior management in the Credit Business & Portfolio Management organization in business-related and administrative matters.

Tasks
- Design and conduct ad-hoc and recurring credit portfolio analyses
- Take the operational lead on projects (or project streams) related to credit portfolio management
- Drive the continuous enhancement of the credit policy landscape from a portfolio management perspective
- Provide project management and subject matter support to the entire credit portfolio management team on a wide range of topics
- Identify regulatory and market trends and proactively provide suggestions to advance the credit portfolio roadmap
- Support the management in administrative and business-related matters (e.g. preparation and review of presentations, ad-hoc research, etc.)
- Interact with a broad range of stakeholders within the organization (e.g. Credit Risk Management, Finance, Regulatory Management Office) on project-related matters
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, finance, economics or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (e.g. business development, consulting, project management), preferably within the banking industry
- Any knowledge of or experience in the lombard credit business is a plus
- Strong conceptual skills and quantitative understanding
- Strong MS excel skills (SQL, R, Python or similar is a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality results – also under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English and German
