Tasks

• Drive the company’s financial planning;
• Perform risk management by analyzing the Company’s liabilities and investments and decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks;
• Dealing with auditors, tax agents and other regulatory requirements and draft financial policies to meet MiCA requirements.
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.); Take charge of finance team as a leader and a contributor
• Managing relations with vendors, banks and regulators and ensuring that company policies are in compliance with the law
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the Company’s operations
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc including streamline and improve existing processes
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances; Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports on a timely and accurate basis to meet EU accounting standard
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Undertaking other duties as required

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Proven more than 10 years working experience for full-suite company finance including Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Understanding Austria's corporate requirements; VAT, Corporate tax and audit
• Good knowledge of international telegraphic transfer
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Netsuite
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Comprehensive knowledge on MiCAR financial requirements
• BS or above Degree in Finance or Accounting with accounting professional qualifications
