More than a century of banking experience combined with innovative technology is our secret for success. As one of the biggest banking groups in CEE, we serve international customers across all CEE countries in the area of Cash Management.
We are looking for an experienced business analyst who is part of our cross functional and highly skilled team to further develop our anchor product “CMIplus” and our group-wide real-time payment hub with our new offered OpenAPI-channel which serves more than thousand multi-national customers.
Tasks
- Talking with Business to understand our customers needs
- Translate these needs into requirements for products that directly impacts a better customer experience
- Continuously collaborate with software and test engineers to ensure the requirements are properly implemented into product features and delivered in high quality to our customers
- Cooperate closely with other teams within CMI, RBI and Networkunits, as well as with external clients (institutional & corporate)
- Be able to understand the end-to-end process of the payments of big CEE corporations
- Support test case design and definition of acceptance criteria and support the UAT
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Work experience in business analysis or requirement engineering
- Experiences in the financial or banking sector with good knowledge of payment formats and processes
- IT education or similar experience as business Analyst in an IT related area
- Ability to extract the necessary requirements from alignment meetings with stakeholders and translate them into feature stories for the developers
- Hands-on experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Fluent in English collaborate with non-technical and technical stakeholders in the CEE region
Nice to have
- Experiences in testing of applications and APIs
- Programming/Scripting skills
- German or CEE languages
