Tasks
- Asset Business Plans
- Lease Event Management
- Property Management
- Asset and Project Management
- Opportunity to be involved with sales and purchases
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Office sector & market
- Team & Company Development through continuous improvement
- Working with the ESG team to deliver ESG improvements and pathways to Net Zero.
- Tenant meetings – building relationships with tenants in the portfolio to support their business needs and to drive asset performance.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor with experience working in an asset management role.
- Understanding and experience of asset management processes, including valuations, and financial models as well as market standard valuation software.
- Good knowledge of the Office sector fundamentals.
- Have developed a good working knowledge of legal/economic framework.
- Maintain and build property market contacts.
- An ability to write concise, logical and well worded reports.
- MRICS preferred but not essential.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power-point).
