Tasks

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of ALM reporting and analysis, focusing on scenarios, market analysis, and sensitivities.
• Support regular ALM reporting for the Group, local stakeholders, and regulators, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Drive the development of the ALM database and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis on specific topics as needed, providing insights and recommendations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, working closely with teams from diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Master's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics or actuarial sciences
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the financial industry, or as a consultant.
• Actuarial certification, knowledge of insurance balance sheet, and experience with Prophet software are an advantage.
• Familiarity with databases and Python is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills on both asset and liabilities are a must.
• A proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset, ready to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to effectively navigate and collaborate with teams from different cultural and technical backgrounds.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of German is a plus.
