Mission statement

What we are looking for…a skilled and detail-oriented Treasury trader to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing Keyrock’s liquidity and collateral management and ensuring the financial health of our operations in a fast-paced, crypto-native environment. If you’re passionate about finance, comfortable with digital assets, and thrive in a high-growth setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Aufgaben

• Risk & Exposure Management – Track and analyze counterparty risk, exchange balances, and collateral requirements, ensuring optimal capital deployment across strategies.
• Systematic Trading & Treasury Automation – Assist in developing scripts and algorithms to automate treasury workflows, trade execution, and liquidity provisioning.
• Market Intelligence & Yield Maximization – Analyze interest rates, arbitrage opportunities, and funding markets to maximize returns on idle funds and enhance treasury profitability.
• Process Development & Infrastructure Enhancement – Collaborate with developers and product teams to refine and implement treasury policies, automate reconciliations, and improve execution frameworks.

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in trading, treasury, or a similar role within a digital asset trading firm or traditional finance (TradFi) trading environment.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, including derivatives, liquidity management, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis, strategy development, and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to teamwork.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to digital assets and financial operations is a plus.
• Passion for crypto and blockchain technology, with a strong belief in their potential to reshape global finance.
