A leading Swiss Wealth Manager with a presence in Zurich is seeking an experienced Structured Products Sales specialist with a deep understanding of the Swiss market and a proven ability to drive sales growth through strong relationships with key clients.

Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver customized structured products to banks, external asset managers, brokers and institutional clients
  • Cross-sell complementary products and services of other Markets sales teams to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g. Intermediaries Desk) to leverage market insights, optimize sales approaches and expand the Structured Products business
  • Identify new business opportunities and create value-added solutions for clients through market research, industry analysis and regular client contact
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (trading, risk management and product development teams) to design and deliver innovative structured products that meet the specific needs of our clients

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or Business Administration (CFA or CAIA is a plus)
  • Proven expertise in structured products sales with a deep understanding of complex financial instruments, including actively managed certificates (AMCs) and other derivatives
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, including market trends, regulations, and industry developments
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a talent for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to think creatively
  • Fluent in German and English (French a plus)
