Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to play a key role in the acquisition of independent investment advisors and relationship managers. This strategic role is central to Everon’s growth strategy and offers the opportunity to shape the future of our advisor network.

Aufgaben

  • Identify, engage, and onboard experienced investment advisors with an existing client book.
  • Develop and execute a structured acquisition strategy targeting high-potential advisors across Switzerland.
  • Present Everon’s value proposition in a compelling and professional manner, tailored to the needs of entrepreneurial advisors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new advisors.
  • Represent Everon at industry events, conferences, and private networking functions.

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within private banking, wealth management, or asset management.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing high-value clients.
  • Understanding of the independent advisor model and the Swiss financial regulatory landscape.
  • Strong professional network within the Swiss financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and/or English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
