The position as Senior Manager Treasury this is a new role and will build out the skill set of the Unzer Treasury to fully support the growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of Treasury Governance and Analytics, you will be integral to the group cash management, bank account administration, bank relationship management as well as Treasury governance topics.

Aufgaben

• Support group-wide liquidity management by preparing cash forecasts for the group and coordinating payments.
• Engage in admin related tasks with core banking partners EBICS onboarding & user rights
• Central administration and relationship management of bank accounts for the group including opening and closing of bank accounts, KYC & FATCA
• Engage in business partnering for group-wide initiatives alongside with the Director of Group Treasury.
• Execute improvement initiatives to enhance automation and simplify processes.

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• 
  Passion for Treasury and the Fintech payment industry with 3-5 years of Treasury experience
• Comfortable working in a dispersed team, asking questions and self-motivated to reach out for support as needed
• Knowledgeable about technologies that facilitate disbursed teams such as MTeams, SharePoint and Work planning tools
• Analytical approach to the Cash Management of the Unzer group, seeking to understand the TMS and consider improving the use of this tool across group
• Knowledge of payment formats (e.g. camt.052 , camt.053 ), types (credit transfers, direct debit), and different order types to coordinate the business requests with our banks
• Understanding of Treasury concepts and their business implications.
• Excellent communication skills; German is a must as well as fluency in English

• Self-starter with a commitment to responsibility and results.
• Ability to distil complex topics into key insights.
• Skill in balancing local and group demands while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Nice to Have
• Experience in Treasury within the Fintech/Payments industry.
• Familiarity with implementing a Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana.
