Aufgaben
- Construct and manage discretionary multi-asset portfolios in line with clients’ objectives, risk profiles, and the bank’s investment strategy including proactive monitoring, rebalancing, performance analysis, and tactical adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver portfolio reviews and investment rationale in client meetings, working closely with relationship managers to support client retention and new business.
- Oversee the operational integrity of DPM mandates: coordinate trade execution, cash management, settlements, reconciliations, and ensure accurate portfolio data and reporting across systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all mandates adhere to fiduciary obligations, regulatory standards, and internal risk frameworks.
- Drive process improvements that strengthen efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support scalable growth of the DPM platform.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Geneva and Zurich on strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and product development.
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- A Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management & Economics or similar (Bachelor/Master/MBA), CFA or equivalent is an asset.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in discretionary portfolio management, preferably within private banking.
- Proven ability to manage multi-asset portfolios and to communicate complex investment ideas to sophisticated clients.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience in building trusted relationships.
- Solid understanding of global markets, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in English and French. Other languages are an asset.
- Strong Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg).
