Aufgaben

• determine required IT business solutions and assist in their implementation in the IT systems
• identify resources and IT components impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
• evaluate business needs with the assessment of a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• support the business engineer by defining the technical business requirements, including the interface structures in any additional systems involved
• support quality control and project management in fulfilling IT governance
• identify opportunities to improve our processes

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• ideally 5-8 years of experience in a SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
• solid understanding of Lending in financial sector
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organization
• eager to learn and to solve complex problems
• good written and verbal communication skill in English are required, German would be an advantage
