As a Senior Associate, Private Markets Fund Operations (Business Integration), you'll play a leading and crucial role in coordinating and supporting transactions with a primary focus on private market investments. You will actively help to mentor other team members and, as a senior member of the team, partner with the Manager for Private Markets Operations to ensure we are continually improving in everything we do. Your deep understanding of investment operations, fund structures, and strategic initiatives will be vital in providing operational support across our diverse investment portfolio.
You'll be part of a team collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones in a follow-the-sun model that ensures comprehensive global coverage while maintaining work-life balance.

Aufgaben
- Manage investment implementation and strategic initiatives to ensure we deliver the best financial outcomes for members.
- Ensure new investments are set up correctly for their ongoing governance, management, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review financial instructions to service providers to ensure operational readiness for new investments and strategic changes.
- Drive efficiency initiatives within the Private Market & Fund Operations team and broader Operations business to support strategic change and continuous improvement.
- Support the Manager, Private Market Operations on managing workflow, delegating tasks, and reducing operational and implementation risk.
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
- Contribute to discussions about risk, incidents, and near misses to drive a strong risk culture across Operations.
- Implement new counterparties and brokers into the Fund.
- Ensure the Private Market & Fund Operations team contributes to the ongoing provision of all Investment Operations & Reporting services.
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Treasury disciplines.
- Relevant experience in Investment Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Investment Operations related roles.
- Significant experience and understanding in investment operations across public and private markets.
- Strong understanding of custodian, fund accounting, unit pricing, trade operations, or middle office processes.
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Proven abilities to successfully lead and deliver projects across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with change and non-BAU environments.
- An approachable manner and a "can do" attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational abilities including the management and coordination of tasks.
