Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Analytical Accounting Manager to lead the development and enhancement of analytical accounting capabilities in our Wealth Management business. This role is central to the Finance transformation initiative following the recent implementation of a new accounting software. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and embedding analytical accounting processes that align with the new system’s capabilities, while ensuring robust financial insight and performance measurement across all Wealth management entity of the Mirabaud Group

Aufgaben

  • Design the setup, and integration of analytical accounting structures (e.g. cost centers, profit centers, segments) within the newly implemented accounting software.
  • Define and implement standardized processes for internal cost tracking and performance reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Act as the bridge between finance, IT, and business units to align analytical needs with system functionalities and business requirements.
  • Drive data quality and structure improvements to enable more reliable and detailed financial analysis.
  • Monitor and optimize cost allocation models, including service recharges, product profitability, and client-level reporting.
  • Develop enhanced internal reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities using the newly configured analytical framework.

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or Swiss equivalent) is a strong plus;
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in analytical/management accounting, within a private bank of within wealth management division.
  • In-depth understanding of Wealth Management financial drivers, client segmentation, and service cost models;
  • Proven experience implementing or adapting analytical accounting following an ERP or accounting system migration;
  • Strong technical skills with experience in ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI);
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on mindset;
  • Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams;
  • Fluent French & English;
