We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Relationship Management Institutional Investors Team that is a part of our Sales & RM area. We are responsible for German Institutional Investors in different customer groups
Aufgaben
- Provide client support and strengthen relationships with assigned institutional clients, while collaborating within the team to represent mandates effectively.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, working with relevant departments when needed.
- Identify new sales opportunities and recommend UI services to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with product management to co-develop and enhance tailored products and services.
- Represent the department in internal committees, working groups, and project teams.
- Act as the first point of escalation for customer complaints and manage resolutions.
- Coordinate projects and processes between external partners and internal departments.
- Support internal departments in negotiating and drafting contracts to support clients and business objectives
- Represent the company at external events and engagements
- Coordinate and organize customer meetings and investment discussions in Germany and Luxembourg
- Prepare and present reports to external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- Several years of experience with institutional clients, ideally from KVG, custodian or investment manager
- In-depth knowledge of various asset classes and instruments, including securities, derivatives; alternative investments and Real Estate would be advantageous
- Knowledge of sustainable regulations in the fund industry and regulations on the investment level for clients could be a plus
- A degree in economics or equivalent qualification (e.g. CFA, CAIA)
- Proactive, flexible, and independent working style with high energy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in German and English is essential
