Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.
As part of the Management team, you will be focussed on providing regulatory engagement support for our European entity to ensure compliance with regulations and act as the main point of contact for all audits and regulatory exams.
Aufgaben
- Leverage operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business
- Work closely with PWM Management team, advising on operational policies and procedures to best navigate upcoming needs
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Anticipate and solve for potential variations from regulatory guidance
- Serve as a representative for GSBE PWM amongst internal partners for other related key initiatives
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- 5+ years of prior work experience in the financial industry
- Demonstrable experience in a line management role is essential
- Prior experience in handling regulatory engagements
- Ability to partner with Operations, Compliance, Legal and Technology to drive regulatory engagement
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
- Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
