Responsible for managing and monitoring investment portfolios, developing and implementing investment strategies, working closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve investment objectives, providing expert advice on investment matters and ensuring compliance with regulations and firm policies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement investment strategies for assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon
• Construct and manage investment portfolios, ensuring optimal asset allocation, considering factors such as market conditions, economic trends, and client goals
• Regularly review and analyse portfolio performance, providing detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and security performance
• Stay up-to-date on market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to inform investment decisions
• Select individual securities (e.g., stocks, bonds, ETFs) that meet established criteria and align with the overall investment strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients, relationship managers, and other stakeholders to provide guidance on investment matters, addressing concerns, and making recommendations as needed
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with each portfolio, including market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies
• Work closely with other departments, such as Risk Management, Trading, and Client Service, to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for financial markets and investments
• Flexible and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and team attitude
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
• Proven track record of achieving investment objectives and managing risk
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Experience in investment management, portfolio management, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CFA or CIIA, are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus
