Aufgaben

As an Investment Analyst on the Credit Tenant Lease team, you will work on a small deal team responsible for underwriting and structuring new investments, portfolio monitoring and marketing, where each team member makes an integral contribution to the business. You will gain exposure to analyzing large, public companies as well as  smaller, privately-held companies. You will learn investing in senior debt, including construction financing.  You will have direct interaction with senior management and be an important part of our team.  We provide our analysts with valuable learning and growth opportunities.  

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

What you will bring:

• Accredited bachelor’s degree (all majors accepted)
• Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with corporate finance and capital markets
• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Knowledge of debt and equity security terms and valuation methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Participation in the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) program.

Salary Disclosure
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary for this role is $80,000 to $90,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
