Your team
In our agile operating model for Asset Servicing Development our product owners for the Fund Admin Platform are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling needs of clients and stakeholders along the Fund Admin value chain. Typically, a Product Owner is accountable for one or several products. You’ll be working in the Product Owner Fund Admin Platform team in Switzerland focusing on the entire lifecycle of the future-state product for our Fund Admin platforms surrounding the core fund accounting platform

Aufgaben

We’re looking for a Product Owner Fund Admin platform to:

  • have the overall responsibility for the product vision, the backlog prioritization and the roadmap as Product Owner of our future state Fund Admin Solution landscape that will be helping us to meet our strategic growth ambitions of our Asset Servicing Delivery Organisation
  • deeply understand the needs of the Fund Admin Delivery Organization, translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly, effectively communicating these to the provider or development team and to achieve business goals
  • own autonomously the entire product lifecycle covering the definition of the Valuation Solution vision, contribution to the business case, gathering requirements, selection, implementation, test and transition
  • be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients and stakeholders through the delivery of a Fund Admin Solution, while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
  • mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

  • analysis, testing and product development
  • Industry experience in fund administration and fund accounting knowledge
  • Expertise with vendor software Multifonds is a must
  • Delivering complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry, in particular in the Fund Admin services domain
  • Sound knowledge on financial instruments along the fund administration value chain working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
  • setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
  • team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
  • Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or similar agile methodology certification is a plus
