Aufgaben

• Execute trading orders electronically and manually in the best interest of our global client base across various asset classes (crypto, FX, fixed income & equities, derivatives).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all trading-related inquiries from clients, relationship managers, and various teams within Sygnum.
• Monitor and contribute to the enhancement of trading systems.
• Control open exposures and settlement activities to ensure smooth operations and prudent risk management.
• Maintain and foster the relationship with our network of trading counterparties.
• Generate market insights and contribute to the bank’s market newsletter.
• Keep stakeholders informed of key financial market developments.
• Actively contribute to the extension product offering and the development of a cutting-edge trading & execution desk.

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in trade execution, sales trading, relationship management with a strong trading angle, or similar.
• Highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency.
• Great team player with excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently and out of own initiative.
• Actively taking over responsibility & initiatives.
• Passion for blockchain and digital asset trading.
• Ability to work thoroughly under pressure.
• Can-do attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VBA or other coding experience is a plus).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in digital asset trading (and/or FX).
• Proficiency in a third, globally relevant language.
