Banque Heritage is a Geneva based Swiss independent private bank with offices in Basel, Sion and Zurich and a fully owned subsidiary in Montevideo, Uruguay. The Bank provides a broad portfolio of services ranging from classical private banking and asset management for its founding families, entrepreneurs, and individual clients as well as external asset managers. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Asset Management & Advisory team.
In this role, you will support investment strategy development, portfolio analysis, and client advisory initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong analytical skills, and is passionate about the financial markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to grow their expertise in a dynamic environment.
Aufgaben
As Junior Analyst, you will work closely with two Senior Advisors to:
- Prepare compelling investment proposals and client presentations.
- Support portfolio management by monitoring performance, preparing reports and addressing relationship managers inquiries. Automatize the reporting process when possible.
- Ensure investment materials, including factsheets and corporate presentations, are consistently accurate, up-to-date.
- Maintain and update client investment records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct research on market trends, financial instruments, and investment opportunities.
- Perform quantitative stock selection using factors such as market capitalisation, volatility, momentum and financial ratios.
- Perform quantitative fund selection based on selective factors.
- Expand and maintain the Swiss Equity recommendation list with supporting documentation.
- Stay informed on economic developments, regulatory changes, and other trends impacting investment strategies.
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
- Previous internship or experience in asset management, adivsory, or financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA) and Python.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, or other investment platforms is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English. (a third language is a plus).
- A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit and ability to adapt to envolving priorities.
