The Global Head of 360TGTX Liquidity Management leads a dynamic, globally distributed team across London, Singapore, and New York. This team serves as the primary point of contact for liquidity providers (LPs) and platform participants, managing the day-to-day operational, technical, and relationship-based aspects of liquidity on the 360TGTX ECN.
This leadership role combines hands-on expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring seamless participant interaction, high-quality liquidity provision, and continual improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.
360T is a regulated, global marketplace for Foreign Exchange (FX). As Deutsche Börse Group’s powerhouse for FX, 360T provides a broad range of trading solutions and related services to both buy-side and sell-side firms.
Since its inception in 2000, the company has developed and maintained a state-of-the-art multi-bank portal for foreign exchange, cash and money market products. It has recently expanded its instrument offering to include crypto NDFs and commodities (base metals and energy).
With over 2,900 buy-side customers and more than 200 liquidity providers across 75 different countries, 360T is uniquely positioned to connect the global FX industry.
Aufgaben
- Serve as the first line of interaction for liquidity providers (LPs) globally
- Oversee and resolve LP issues promptly and professionally, escalating as needed to internal stakeholders
- Escalate technology or platform-related issues to the appropriate internal teams or line management
- Maintain strong and proactive contact with key market makers and participants
- Drive efforts to educate LPs on technical integration, tag mapping, and best practices
- Identify business opportunities and collaborate with regional sales to drive revenue and growth
- Lead, mentor, and direct regional Liquidity Management team members in daily operations
- Ensure clear communication with senior management regarding market feedback, issues, risks, and performance
- Champion a high-performance, client-first culture while fostering a collaborative team environment
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management in the Global Markets, FX, or ECN space
- A strong network at senior levels in banks, hedge funds, and liquidity provider firms
- Demonstrated success in customer relationship management and issue resolution
- Deep understanding of electronic trading platforms, liquidity dynamics, and institutional client needs
- Experience in FX trading, global markets, treasury, or related financial services
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, service-oriented, and technically literate
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of ownership and accountability
- A team-oriented leadership style—one that inspires, motivates, and demonstrates empathy—is highly valued
- Experience in aligning globally distributed teams is a strong advantage
