Cultivate Strategic Partnerships

• Foster long-term relationships with key liquidity providers, banks, and institutional trading partners
• Serve as the strategic liaison for high-value client relationships
• Discover and develop new revenue-generating partnerships that benefit all parties
• Partner with business development teams to accelerate market expansion

Coordinate Global Liquidity Operations

• Lead and coordinate liquidity management activities across multiple time zones and regions
• Ensure consistent liquidity provision and risk management standards globally
• Work with regional teams to optimize liquidity flows and trading efficiency worldwide

Enhance Trading Performance

• Partner with clients to deliver customized liquidity solutions that meet their specific requirements • Stay ahead of market trends and share actionable intelligence with clients and internal teams
• Address trading challenges swiftly to ensure seamless client experiences
• Champion our technology initiatives by gathering client insights and market feedback

Drive Strategic Growth

• Analyze market data and client behavior to uncover expansion opportunities

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

Background & Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in liquidity management or sell-side e-trading
• Solid educational background (Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong client focus
• Highly motivated individual who excels in team environments

Technical Capabilities

• Experience with electronic trading systems and analytical software
• Proficient in Excel and quantitative analysis
