Aufgaben
As part of our growing team, you will co-manage active global fixed income portfolios alongside the lead fund manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio Management: Co-managing global investment grade portfolios and contributing to investment decisions within the RLAM Fixed Income team.
- Sustainable Investing: Developing and maintaining knowledge of RLAM’s Sustainable processes, ensuring that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks are considered and evaluated in client portfolios. You will work closely with RLAM’s Responsible Investment team and other stakeholders focused on sustainability.
- Collaboration: Partnering with the Quants Manager to support global investment grade strategies and collaborating with other teams, including Client Group and Compliance, to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Procedural Consistency: Working with a sister role within Royal London Group to maintain a robust and consistent procedural framework across both teams.
- Risk Management: Ensuring that Investment Management Agreement (IMA) constraints and investment policies are adhered to while deepening your understanding of RLAM’s portfolio risk systems.
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- Fixed Income Expertise: A solid understanding of fixed income markets, particularly in global investment grade.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data systems such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, Power BI, and Excel. Knowledge of derivatives is a plus.
- Learning Agility: A willingness to pursue relevant qualifications and an aptitude for financial analysis and fund management skill development.
- Sustainability Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in Sustainable investing and contributing to responsible investment practices.
