ISS STOXX is looking for an Account Executive to support our sales efforts across the EMEA territories for our market leading suite of Responsible Investment Solutions including, Climate Data, Ratings & Rankings, Controversies, Impact & SDG’s and Regulatory Solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investments, including all aspects of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research and topics along with a financial background and demonstrated sales experience.

The role requires a high level of technical acumen, attention to detail, the ability to understand front office needs and strong collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

  • Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing ESG sales prospects and up sales with existing clients
  • Grow ISS' ESG market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset owner community
  • Continuously assess ESG market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management
  • Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting
  • Work closely with ISS BDR and Marketing managers to define products, services, and marketing plans
  • Build and maintain relationships amongst existing clients and prospects
  • Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firm's CRM system
  • Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within institutional sales and relationship management with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Bachelor or master’s degree with a background in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred
  • Track record of relationship management, business development and revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners
  • Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with expert judgment to help set priorities
  • Excellent organizational and verbal skills
  • Absolute personal and business integrity
  • Fluent in German and at least one other European language
