As our Enterprise Risk Officer, you will be leading our ongoing efforts to establish risk management processes and a risk-aware culture across all Moonfare entities. You will work closely with Security & Compliance experts helping Moonfare translate various risks to the organisation.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and manage the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, and processes
• Identify, assess, prioritise, and monitor all types of risks, including operational, financial, security, technology, regulatory, strategic, and reputational risks
• Establish and maintain risk registers, ensuring regular updates and action tracking
• Provide guidance and training to business units on risk identification, mitigation, and reporting
• Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and regularly report risk metrics to senior management
• Conduct risk assessments across various departments, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, security, and other operational functions to establish and maintain risk mitigation strategies as well as to ensure risk management integrates with regulatory requirements
• Work with process owners to ensure that controls are designed effectively to reduce risks to acceptable levels
• Assist in conducting third-party/vendor risk assessments to ensure supply chain resilience
• Ensure risk management policies align with regulatory and industry standards (e.g. ISO 31000 etc.)
• Support internal and external audits related to risk management and compliance
• Provide regular risk reports and communicate risk exposure, trends, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership, risk committees, and other key stakeholders

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Has 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, ideally in a financial services organisation
• Has experience developing and managing an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework from scratch
• Has exceptional knowledge of risk methodologies such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, FAIR, or NIST RMF
• Has proven experience in risk assessments, control design, and mitigation planning
• Has the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate risk insights into actionable business recommendations
• Has proven analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative risk analysis skills
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in executive reporting
• Has experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus
• Has relevant certifications such as CRISC or ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager are a plus
• Has an understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, or DORA is a plus
• Experience in GRC tools and platforms is a plus
