Aufgaben

The Compliance Function ensures that the firm complies with applicable laws, regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct independent reviews of processes and controls regarding investments (WpHG), anti-money laundering (GWG) and complaints
• Collaborate with internal teams in obtaining relevant information regarding processes and controls
• Research our internal systems to gather relevant evidence for samples checks
• Apply SQL queries in Snowflake to gather data

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Enrolled or completed a university degree (economics, business studies, law, computer science, mathematics, physics, humanities or other relevant fields)
• Highly motivated to learn about regulatory requirements / Compliance in the financial industry
• Initial experience in financial services or advisory would be an advantage
• Interest in banking, finance, capital markets, and their regulatory frameworks
• Independent working attitude with adherence to deadlines
• Effective communication skills, dedication and strong organisational abilities
• Proactive with an open-minded attitude, unafraid of new challenges
