You will join the Global FIM Europe team in Zurich, where we work with external asset managers and multi-family offices across Europe. Our clients include a diverse range of end clients, such as private individuals, trusts, foundations, and domiciliary companies, making the work both varied and exciting. As a Client Account Manager, you will be instrumental in meeting client needs and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships through your dedication and expertise.
Aufgaben
• Engage in daily direct contact with external asset managers and multi-family offices.
• Provide professional and efficient support in managing client inquiries and processing client orders.
• Assist client advisor with administrative and client-facing tasks in their day-to-day activities.
• Gain comprehensive exposure to the full range of UBS's service offerings.
• Play an integral role in achieving team objectives and enhancing client satisfaction.
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education/training.
• At least 2 years of experience as an assistant at the front, ideally in a Wealth Management environment.
• Familiarity with account openings for individuals and, ideally, for domiciliary companies.
• A passion for client interaction and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• A collaborative team player with a quick grasp of new concepts.
• A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• Resilience under pressure and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
