Tasks

We are looking for an Associate to join the Private Credit Solutions team in Switzerland or in London
As an Associate, you will be involved in the sourcing, underwriting, execution and monitoring of private credit investments (directs/co-investments, secondaries and primary fund investments)
As part of the role, you will interact with the private credit investment team across offices and will contribute to building the Private Credit Solutions business
The role offers the opportunity to learn and deploy investment expertise across a wide variety of private credit strategies such as direct lending, subordinated debt, specialty finance, ABS, distressed debt, special situations investing and structured credit. The team invests globally.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, economics, finance, accounting or similar subject;
3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, leveraged finance or investment banking;
Strong financial skills and experience in credit underwriting and/or fund selection;
Strong analytical and modelling skills, including ability to work with sizeable data sets efficiently;
Good interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in English – other languages are a plus.
